Winds from the south up to 35 miles per hour and only up
the north of the ridges.
* WHERE … parts of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN … Monday 6am to 1pm EST.
* IMPACT … Plan for slippery road conditions. The dangerous
Conditions could affect morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS … The snow can be heavy and fall at times
about 1 inch an hour towards the end of the main morning
commute hours until around noon.
