Red Bank, Fair Haven students named to Gettysburg College dean's list

Gettysburg College students take pride in their work, and the school is, are likewise, proud to announce their recent academic achievements.

Students with a quality point average in the range of 3.300 to 3.599 for a semester’s work were recently placed on the Deans’ Commendation List.

Students recognized from The Monmouth Journal coverage area include:

• Nina Abate of Red Bank

• Lily Albainy of Fair Haven

• John Oberle of Fair Haven

Founded in 1832, Gettysburg College is a highly selective four-year residential college of liberal arts and sciences with a strong academic tradition.

Alumni include Rhodes Scholars, a Nobel laureate, and other distinguished scholars. The college enrolls 2,600 undergraduate students and is located on a 200-acre campus adjacent to the Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania.
